Tigers Prospect Profile #6: Chance Ruffin

Coming out of the University of Texas as a supplemental first round draft pick and the Longhorns' closer, comparisons between Chance Ruffin and former UT star Huston Street immediately started. The comparison might be a stretch, but there's plenty to be excited about with Ruffin.
