Analysis: The Tigers splurged once again on international signing day. In 2010, they snagged Danry Vasquez out of the Dominican; this time around they grabbed a talented infielder in Adelin Santa. The 16-year old Santa comes in at 6-3 and weighs 190 pounds. He is hitting 5-for-19 so far in the IPL with a home run and five RBI.
