In the first game of the doubleheader, Jared Wesson allowed five runs (three earned) over 5 1/3 innings and picked up the loss. At the plate, Daniel Fields went 1-for-2 with a double and a run scored, while Jordan Lennerton went 1-for-4 with a double and a run scored.

Victor Ovalles went 2-for-4 with two doubles, three RBIs and a run scored, while Francisco Contreras went 2-for-4 with two doubles, two RBIs and a run scored.
