Hernan Perez hit a two-out triple to score a run in the top of the 15th and a double play helped the Flying Tigers earn an 8-7 win and tie the FSL Championship Series at one game apiece. Perez went 1-for-7 with two RBIs. Alex Burgos gave up three earned runs over three innings in the start, but Matt Crouse gave up the tying run in the bottom of the ninth. Cesar Carrillo, Lakeland’s eighth pitcher, picked up the win. Tyler Collins went 4-for-7 with two doubles, a triple, two RBIs and a run scored.
