Erie brought the bats to the ballpark against Bowie on Sunday, putting up 10 runs against the Baysox to earn the win. Daniel Fields and Tyler Collins accounted for six of the team's runs in the win. Casey Crosby struggled in his start for Toledo, dropping his record to 1-5 with the loss. West Michigan fell on the road against South Bend.

Pitching struggled for Toledo on Sunday as the Mud Hens gave up eight runs against Indianapolis, falling to the Indians 8-2. Starting pitcher Casey Crosby dropped his record to 1-5 with the loss after giving up four earned runs on seven hits in 4 ? innings. Ramon Cabrera hit his first home run of the season in the loss, going 1-for-4 with the solo shot. Avisail Garcia also drove in a run in the loss.

Led by a strong offensive performance from the heart of the order Erie put up 10 runs against Bowie on Sunday as the SeaWolves topped the Baysox 10-6. Starting pitcher Kyle Lobstein earned his fifth win of the season, giving up three earned runs on seven hits in five innings of work. Daniel Fields had a big night offensively, going 4-for-4 with two doubles and three runs driven in in the win. Tyler Collins also drove in three runs on a 1-for-4 night at the plate.

The bats struggled for West Michigan on Sunday as the Whitecaps could only tally one run on three hits against South Bend, falling to the Silver Hawks 2-1. Starting pitcher Charlie Gillies was strong in earning the no decision, giving up one earned run on eight hits in six innings of work. Chad Smith’s record fell to 0-2 with his loss in relief. Adolfo Reina was the lone West Michigan hitter to drive in a run on the night despite going 0-for-3 at the plate.
