AAA Toledo Mud Hens
35-52, 4th in West Division
Toledo jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the first inning of Tuesday's game against Lehigh Valley as the Mud Hens topped the IronPigs 5-2. Kyle Lobstein earned his first win since being promoted in the start, allowing two earned runs on six hits over five innings. Jose Ortega earned his second save of the season in the win. Jordan Lennerton led the Mud Hens offensively, going 3-for-5 with two doubles and two runs driven in. Mike Cervenak and Nick Castellanos also drove in runs in the win.
AA Erie Seawolves
43-39, 2nd in Western Division
Erie broke a 1-1 tie in the eighth inning of Tuesday's game against Harrisburg with what turned out to be the game-winning run as the SeaWolves topped the Senators 2-1. Starting pitcher Jon Link improved his record to 1-1 after earning the win in his first complete game of the season, allowing one earned run on five hits while striking out three. Wade Gaynor was key for Erie in a game featuring limited runs, going 1-for-3 with an RBI. James McCann also drove in a run in the win.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
33-45, 5th in North Division
Lakeland did not play on Tuesday.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
39-44, 5th in Eastern Division
West Michigan scored three runs in the fifth inning of Tuesday's series opener against Great Lakes, giving the Whitecaps a much-needed boost offensively en route to topping the Loons 4-3. Jake Thompson earned a no decision in the start, allowing one earned run on four hits over five innings. Angel Nesbitt improved his record to 3-1 with a win out of the bullpen and Corey Knebel earned his second save of the season. Harold Castro had an impressive debut for West Michigan, going 2-for-4 with a solo home run. Jeff Holm also drove in a run on a 1-for-3 night.
A Short-Season Connecticut
4-10, 4th in Stedler Division
Connecticut fell into a 5-0 hole in the first game of Tuesday's doubleheader against Lowell and could not come back as the Tigers fell to the Spinner 5-2. Starting pitcher Buck Farmer fell to 0-1 with the loss, allowing three earned runs on six hits over two innings. Brett Harrison was the only Connecticut hitter to reach extra bases or record multiple hits, going 2-for-3 with a double in the loss. Both of Connecticut's runs were unearned.
A Short-Season Connecticut
4-11, 4th in Stedler Division
Connecticut didn't fair much better in the second game of a doubleheader against Lowell than it did in the first as the Tigers fell to the Spinner 3-2. Joe Mantiply earned a no decision in the start, allowing one unearned run on four hits over three innings. Nick Carmichael fell to 0-2 on the year after earning the loss in relief. Raphael Rhymes was the only real bright spot for the Tigers offensively, going 2-for-3 with a triple and an RBI in the loss.

Tuesday's game against the Blue Jays was postponed due to rain.
R VSL Tigers
19-22, 4th in Venezuelan Summer League
The VSL Tigers held a three-run lead late in Tuesday's game against the Mariners and did not let up, topping the Mariners 3-1. Starting pitcher Eduardo Jimenez improved his record to 2-1 with the win, shutting out the Mariners on one hit over five innings. Alfred Gutierrez earned his second save of the season in the win. Jose Azocar led the way for the Tigers offensively, going 2-for-4 with a double and two runs driven in in the win.
