AAA Toledo Mud Hens
41-58, 4th in West Division
Toledo utilized a third inning grand slam to overcome a two-run deficit in Sunday's game against Louisville as the Mud Hens topped the Bats 11-3. Blaine Hardy improved his record to 2-0 with a win in his start, allowing two earned runs on five hits over five innings. Danny Dorn was the hero for Toledo in the win, hitting the third inning grand slam on a 2-for-4 night at the plate. Danny Worth drove in two runs and hit two doubles in the win.
AA Erie Seawolves
48-44, 2nd in Western Division
Erie scored five runs in the final two innings of Sunday's game against Harrisburg as the SeaWolves earned a late win over the Senators 7-3. Starting pitcher Matt Crouse improved his record to 5-7 with the win after allowing one earned run on six hits over 5 ? innings. Will Clinard earned his first save of the season in the win. Ramon Cabrera had a big night at the plate for Erie, going 4-for-4 with three runs driven in.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
40-49, 5th in North Division
Lakeland carried a 7-7 tie into extra innings in Sunday's game against Fort Myers but the Flying Tigers took the lead with a run in the eleventh, topping the Miracle 8-7. Starting pitcher Jeff Ferrell earned a no decision after allowing four earned runs on six hits over three innings. Joe Rogers earned his first win of the season in relief. Devon Travis had his biggest night at the plate since being promoted, going 3-for-6 with a home run and two runs driven in in the win.
Low-A West Michigan Whitecaps
45-48, 5th in Eastern Division
West Michigan jumped out to a four-run first inning lead and never looked back in Sunday's game against Kane County as the Whitecaps topped the Cougars 5-2. Endrys Briceno improved his record to 5-6 after earning the win in his start, allowing two unearned runs on eight hits over five innings. Corey Knebel earned his third save of the season in the win. Lance Durham hit his eighth home run of the season and drove in two runs while Jake Stewart hit a solo home run for West Michigan, his ninth of the season.
A Short-Season Connecticut
11-16, 4th in Stedler Division
Connecticut fell behind by four runs in Sunday's game against Brooklyn before scoring six unanswered runs as the Tigers topped the Cyclones 6-4. Starting pitcher Joe Mantiply earned a no decision after allowing one earned run on three hits over three innings. Ryan Beck earned his first win of the season in relief and Scott Sitz earned his first save of the year. Kasey Coffman had a big night out of the leadoff spot, going 2-for-5 with a double and three runs driven in.

The VSL Tigers five of its six runs in the final three innings of Sunday's game against the Rays, topping the Rays 6-4. Starting pitcher Gerbinson Perez earned a no decision after allowing two earned runs on six hits over five innings. Luis Cedeno improved his record to 1-1 with a win in relief and Johan Belisario earned his tenth save of the season. Jose Ovalles came to bat once but had the biggest hit of the night, pounding a three-run home run in the win.
