AAA Toledo Mud Hens
59-79, 4th in West Division
Toledo scored one or more runs in each of its final four innings in Tuesday's game against Indianapolis as the Mud Hens topped the Indians 6-2. Starting pitcher Jair Jurrjens improved to 7-9 with the win, allowing one earned run on six hits over six innings. Argenis Diaz drove in a pair of runs on a 1-for-4 night at the plate and Mike Cervenak and Nick Castellanos each added an RBI.
AA Erie Seawolves
72-63, 2nd in Western Division
Erie carried a 4-4 tie into extra innings in Tuesday's game against Akron before scoring the go-ahead run in the top of the tenth as the SeaWolves topped the Aeros 5-4. Ramon Garcia earned a no decision in the start after allowing four earned runs on five hits over 6 ? innings. Tyler Stohr improved his record to 3-0 with a win out of the bullpen and Justin Souza took his eighteenth save of the season. Jamie Johnson had a big night at the plate, hitting his second home run of the season and driving in three runs in the win.
High-A Lakeland Flying Tigers
59-66, 2nd in North Division
Lakeland broke a scoreless tie with a fifth inning go-ahead run but gave up four unanswered runs in Tuesday's game against Brevard County as the Flying Tigers fell to the Manatees 4-1. Kevin Eichhorn earned a no decision in the start, allowing one earned run on five hits over six innings. Austin Kubitza earned his first loss of the season out of the bullpen. Steven Moya drove in the lone run for the Flying Tigers on a RBI double.

A Short-Season Connecticut
31-36, 3rd in Stedler Division
Connecticut held a one-run lead midway through Tuesday's game against Hudson Valley before the Renegades put up four runs in the sixth inning, topping the Tigers 7-4. Chase Edwards earned a no decision in the start, allowing three earned runs on five hits over five innings. Ryan Beck took a blown save and fell to 3-1 after earning the loss in relief. Ben Verlander and Chris Taladay each had solo home runs in the loss.

1-1, Game 2 of 3 in First Round ofd Dominican Summer League Playoffs
The DSL Tigers scored three runs in the eighth inning of Tuesday's game against the Pirates2 but their comeback bid fell short as the Tigers fell to the Pirates2 6-5 in Game 2 of the first round playoff series. Starting pitcher Carlos Lara fell to 0-1 with the loss, allowing five earned runs on six hits over 4 ? innings. Francisco Contreras drove in two runs for the Tigers on a 1-for-5 night at the plate.
R GCL Tigers
32-26, 2nd in Gulf Coast League
Scoring came early and often for the GCL Tigers in Tuesday's game against the Astros as the Tigers put up double-digit runs, topping the Astros 13-2. Emanuel Chavez earned a no decision in the start, allowing one earned run on four hits over four innings. Cesar Burgos improved to 3-0 with the win in relief. Steven Fuentes and Franklin Navarro each drove in three runs in the win.
