Tigers general manager Dave Dombrowski stated the team was likely done signing big free agents, but would still be looking to improve the club.
It appears as if they've found their answer to their left field question, reportedly signing Rajai Davis to a two-year deal.
The hypothesis among many would be that Davis would work in a platoon with last year's left fielder, Andy Dirks, who struggled after a strong 2012 season.
Davis hit .260 with a .687 OPS in 2013 for the Blue Jays, swiping 45 bases. For his career, he's hit well against left-handers, with a .779 OPS.
