AAA Toledo Mud Hens – TOLEDO 6, DURHAM 1
74-64, t-1st in West division
The Toledo Mud hens put together an 11 hit attack to defeat the Durham Bulls 6-1 on Tuesday night on the road
Ryan Ludwick collected four RBI’s and belted his 20th home run of the season, a two-run blast in the top half of the ninth.
Dustan Mohr also homered for Toledo, which leads all teams in the International League with total home runs at 150.
Brian Boehringer (3-0) notched his third victory of the season after going seven full innings, giving up one run on eight hits, striking out three and issuing no walks.
Jason Karnuth picks up the save after pitching the final two scoreless innings.
The Mud Hens, who remain in first place in the IL West, move on to Charlotte to begin a two game series on Wednesday night.

AA Erie SeaWolves – TRENTON 11, ERIE 2
58-76, 6th in Southern division
The SeaWolves showed the rust of missing their last couple games due to rain, as they fell to Trenton 11-2 on Tuesday. Nate Bumstead got hit hard, giving up nine runs (all earned) over four innings. Kurt Airoso blasted a solo home run for the ‘Wolves, while Brent Clevlen had a hit and two walks in his return to double-A. Victor Mendez also crossed the plate for Erie. Erie and Trenton have a doubleheader on Wednesday, starting at 5:35pm.

HiA Lakeland Tigers – LAKELAND 8, DUNEDIN 2
30-34, 5th in West division
Lakeland crushed Dunedin on Tuesday evening, cruising to victory 8-2. Dallas Trahern turned in a great start but walked away with a no decision; he gave up two runs on three hits over five innings. Jeff Hahn would get the win in relief, as he was the pitcher of record when Lakeland exploded for its six run 7th inning. Jeff Frazier has struggled for much of the season but had a big game on Tuesday, blasting two home runs and driving in three runs. Jeff Larish and Juan Francia also had a pair of hits for the L-Tigers. Lakeland and Dunedin square off again on Wednesday at 7:00pm.

A West Mich. Whitecaps – LANSING 7, W. MICH. 4
42-22, 1st in Eastern division
The Whitecaps tied the game up in the 8th inning on Tuesday night, only to give up three runs in the top half of the ninth to lose the lead and the game. Erik Averill got a no decision for giving up four runs in six innings, but Ricky Steik would take the loss, as he allowed all three runs in the ninth inning. Justin Justice had a big night at the plate, going 2-for-3, scoring two runs and driving in two more. Matt Joyce and Mike Hernandez each had a double and scored a run. The ‘Caps and Lugnuts face off again on Wednesday at 7:00pm.

SS-A Oneonta Tigers – CCLD: RAIN

Oneonta’s game with Tri-City was cancelled on Tuesday night due to the heavy rains. Oneonta returns home to host Aberdeen on Wednesday at 7:00pm.
