Earlier this spring TigsTown reported the signing of six additional Latin prospects, and now its time to break down their skill sets. In addition, the Tigers have branched into the Asian amateur market for the first time, signing outfielder Chao-Ting Tang from Taiwan. Check inside for all the details.
