TigsTown MLN: FSL All Star Stars

Due to the All-Star break, the Flying Tigers had a short week with only three games played and another game cancelled due to rain. The club went 2-1 and improved their record to 34-33, bringing them back over the .500 mark.

The week started with a poor outing from Mark Brackman, who is now 0-3 on the season. Brackman pitched 1 and 2/3 innings and gave up four runs. Derek Witt then gave up three more runs and the deficit was too large for the Flying Tigers at this point. On the offensive side, Jeramy Laster went 2-5 with his fourteenth home run of the season.
