Bill Ferris to Join the TigsTown Staff

Bill Ferris, one of the foremost authorities on Tigers' commentary on the ‘net and the founder of the famed Detroit Tigers Weblog, is set to join the TigsTown staff as the site's new senior associate editor for major league baseball.

Bill Ferris has established himself over the past ten years as one of the foremost commentators when it comes to Detroit Tigers baseball. From his home at, which he founded in 2001, Ferris covered the team's fall in 2003, the team's rise in 2006, game 163 in 2009, and everything in-between.
