| Macay McBride established himself as a top reliever in 2006, but it was definitely a tale of two seasons. He struggled early after missing the first month of the season with a strained forearm. McBride was 1-1 in his first 36 games with a 5.41 ERA with 22 walks in 28.1 innings. But then in his last 35 games McBride was 3-0 with a 1.91 ERA and only 10 walks in 28.1 innings. He'll join Mike Gonzalez as top lefty relievers for the Braves in 2007. |
