| Mena has yet to discover the power stroke the D'Backs saw pre-pro, but for now is just struggling to make contact, striking out more than once out of every four at bats. He has shown that he is capable of handling any position in the infield, which should allow him to advance to High-A ball later in the year. The fact that he is fluent in both English and Spanish makes him particularly beneficial wherever he plays. |
