Castellanos will start 2012 with High-A Lakeland

The Tigers got a gift when Nick Castellanos, a consensus top ten talent in the 2010 draft, fell all the way to 44th in the draft, due to signability concerns. The Tigers snagged him though, and signed him to a bonus well over $3 million. Now, he's the second best prospect in the organization, and one of the top 100 in the game. What makes Castellanos so good?
