Scouting Notes: Cape Cod League Update

By summer's end we'll have a far more complete read on the 2013 draft class, but as the Cape Cod League has pushed beyond the halfway point it has become abundantly clear that college bats are going to be a major strength in this crop. In this edition of scouting notes, we're taking a look at the players that have impressed me the most thus far on the Cape.

This look at the Cape Cod League only focuses on the players I've already evaluated and only 2013 draft eligible prospects.
