Radio: 2015 DB Arrington Farrar Commits to Stanford
The mighty Georgia feeder pipeline to Stanford will continue to flow strongly into next year. Six-foot-two Atlanta defensive back Arrington Farrar has committed to The Farm.
"I chose Stanford because I fell in love with the campus as soon as I got there," Farrar told The Bootleg Radio. "That's the only school in college football that is top five academically and on the field."
In this exclusive radio interview, Farrar -- currently a safety -- explains how the Cardinal envisions him as a tall, physical cornerback in the mold of current NFL star Richard Sherman. He also mentions that current Stanford defensive end Jordan Watkins, his former high school teammate at Woodward Academy, opened his eyes to The Farm.
The Cardinal's Henry Anderson is also a Woodward alumnus, as is first-year punter Alex Robinson. Farrar is the 12th player from Georgia to commit to Stanford in the Jim Harbaugh-David Shaw era.
